Discovery
We start with a 15 minute conversation to understand what’s happening in your business and what prompted you to reach out.
At this stage, we’re not solving anything yet. We’re identifying:
where things feel difficult or unclear
what outcomes you’re trying to improve
whether the problem is operational, structural, or decision‑related
The goal is simple:
get enough context to determine whether it makes sense to work together - and what the next step should be.
Advisory
When clarity is the main need, we work through decisions together in focused advisory sessions.
This is where we help you:
break down what’s actually causing friction
evaluate tradeoffs between different approaches
prioritize what matters vs what doesn’t
pressure‑test decisions before committing time or money
There are no deliverables at this stage - just structured thinking and clearer direction.
Audit
When the problem is broader or not clearly defined, we run a structured audit to understand how the business actually operates.
This typically involves reviewing:
workflows and how work moves through the business
tools and systems currently in place
handoffs between people, teams, or processes
key operational numbers and performance drivers
The goal is to identify:
where inefficiencies and bottlenecks exist
what’s creating repeated issues or inconsistency
where risk or cost is being introduced
The output is a clear, grounded understanding of what’s actually happening - and what’s worth changing.
There’s no obligation to move forward beyond this step.
Install
When it makes sense to act, we implement systems and automation in a structured, defined way.
This is where we:
design workflows that reduce friction and manual effort
set up or improve systems that support execution
connect tools so information flows properly
introduce automation where it improves consistency and speed
Installs are scoped as projects with:
a clear objective
defined deliverables
and a start and end point
The goal isn’t to add more tools - it’s to make the business easier to run and more predictable day‑to‑day.
Start with a Conversation
Every business is different. The first step is simply understanding what’s happening and what would actually make an impact.
If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll define a clear path. If not, clarity is still a valuable outcome.
